We thought we would introduce you to some of our amazing team, first up we have Beth. A familiar face here at The Banff Springs, our Front of House Manager. Beth has been with us for over 10 years initially as a Waitress then progressing through different roles to her current role as Front of House Manager. Beth along with her team are one of the first to greet you to the hotel when dining with us. When not shaking cocktails, Beth is busy interacting with our customers and overseeing the running of our restaurant and lounge bar. We caught up with Beth to ask her a few questions…
What is your favourite part of working at The Banff Springs?
My favourite part of working at The Banff Springs is being able to meet and interact with new people every day as well as watching my team progress and gain confidence in their roles
What is your favourite dish on the menu?
My favourite dish is the Braised Feather Blade of Beef and the Chocolate Orange Marquise to finish
What is your proudest moment?
Becoming Front of House Manager here at The Banff Springs
What would your last meal on earth be?
It would have to be a steak with lots of peppercorn sauce!

Long time, no team post BUT we are back …Say hellloooo to Nikita
Nikita our Events Coordinator who workes closely with our Events Manager Sarah joined us in 2023. We caught up with Nikita to ask her some questions … What led you to working at the Banff Springs? Having always heard good things about The Banff Springs and the team I knew that I would be welcomed by the team and make an excellent addition. I have always enjoyed working with the public as I did l in my previous role and I guess .. another perk is that it’s not far from my home!
What’s your favourite part of working at the hotel? As a wedding coordinator, my favorite part would be witnessing the joy and excitement of couples as they plan and celebrate one of the most important days of their lives. Being able to help bring their vision to life and create unforgettable moments is incredibly rewarding. Plus, I love the creativity and attention to detail that goes into every aspect of wedding planning from the setting up of the hall to watching the newly weds on their big day!
